With their outcomes so closely linked, and both problems strongly impacting overall health, hunger and obesity cannot be ignored for the role that they play in health outcomes and the barrier they can be to educational success.
The Center for School, Health and Education advances school-based health care as a comprehensive strategy for preventing school dropout and improving graduation rates for K-12 students.
